Cancellation Policy

I’m excited to partner with you as interoception consultant, but first, it is important that you clearly understand the nature of my interoception consulting services and our relationship. While I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the state of Washington, I do not provide medical care through my virtual consulting practice. This means that I will not be acting as your doctor or providing medical treatment or care to you. I will not diagnose or treat any disease, prescribe any medications, order diagnostic laboratory tests, or otherwise be practicing medicine.  Instead, interoception consulting is designed to empower you with the tools and education you need to better understand your body and your health. Interoception consulting services are educational only, and are not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, and treatment of a licensed healthcare provider in your state. Therefore, you will need to maintain a primary care doctor licensed in your state who can provide medical care to you, including performing in-person physical examinations and screenings, ordering laboratory tests, and prescribing any needed medications.  Ultimately the goal of interoception consulting is for you to have tools you can use to more easily navigate your health and life. In my consulting role, I will provide physiological education only, and I will not alter the treatment plans of your medical providers.  Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept all major credit cards through Square.  No Insurance: Priscilla Natanson Consulting LLC is a fee-for-service business and cannot accept or bill insurance or Medicare for any services provided as these are not medical services. No superbills can be provided because no diagnostic codes are issued. Client is responsible for payment in full. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Appointment Policy: We require 24 hours (one business day, M-F) advance notice for cancellations and scheduling changes. There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling with more than 24 hours (one business day, M-F) notice before your scheduled appointment. Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5pm on the Friday before the scheduled visit. If you cancel the same day as your appointment, or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged a $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee.
